IL GIARDINO DEGLI ANIMALI DI PIETRA

Near the Church of Triano are a series of stone sculptures representing animals. They were sculpted around 1992 from the natural rocks in the area by Lido Brogi, a worker from Sinalunga, during breaks from the work he was undertaking to restore the former Church of Saint Bartolomeo, inside the village. We can identify elephants, frogs, a snake (or crocodile) and bears in various positions. They are currently private property.
